TAS 2/424 declared. Lead by 452 runs vs VIC

Doolan 247*
Paine 71*

Still think Paine could be in the Ashes calculations - a 50 for the CA XI against the Poms last week, now 70no.

Some special bloke in the crowd heckling Doolan and the Tasmanian side.

WA 2/78. Bancroft out LBW for 18.

Commentators mentioning they believe the Ashes squad was picked last night, and players informed this morning, with media release due tonight.. wonder how accurate that is, or if they're speculating.

Also said that Tim Paine has only made one first class century. Surely that can't be right??!!

ESPNcricinfo is your friend

1 ton (which was a 225) and 25 fifties. First class average of 28.82.

Has 8 list A hundreds including one ODI hundred though. (Still only an average of 34.71 in list A)

Couple of Big looking scary cracks in the pitch. Only gonna open up further. Saw very little of todays play. Is the pitch playing tricks yet?
History will show the odds still stacked heavily in WAs favor
