Crows have set themselves for this. Hopefully come the end of the weekend they are 1.5 games clear on top. And having Geelong and GWS playing against each other again still. This week is huge for either side for a top 2 finish

I also can't thank you blokes enough for moving to a ground that has similar dimensions to Cat Park (never mind the data bollocks it's long and skinny close enough) and moving away from the Cat Graveyard Football Park. Next time I'm in town I might head out to West Lakes just to dance on its grave with devilish glee!

The Cats are in the box seat IMO.....Crows 6 day break from Darwin, if they want to be serious contenders this year then they need to nail this one.

Have to say I have been impressed with Tex's last couple of weeks. After copping some criticism for not imposing himself in games when it was needed, he has done just that.

I think it's clear Sloane and Lever won't play this week.
I'd like Wigg to come in, but Seedsman might be a safer option in such an important game...but who knows.
Milera fit?
Doedee ready?

Tex had the same tightness earlier in the year, missed 3 i think.
Sloane was KTFO, I have not seen a player front up the week after one of those before since the new protocols

Impressed with his 2 fines in consecutive weeks, righto
So impressive he now runs the risk of missing a big final for a very minor misdemeanour. Thats leadership

The bump on JJ does not count towards being suspended. That's why the punch on Lewis was only a grand not 1500

Fines or not, he's playing closer to the edge which he needed to do

Damned if you do, damned if you don't

Nah Joel missed. It might be different for Sloane though. He wasn't smashed just a few weeks before (the Port game I think it was).

Sloane will play. Smith was KO'd and played last year too. Everyone is impacted and recovers differently. Sloane did recover what seemed pretty quickly after he seemed on cloud 9 for 5 minutes. It really does depend on how he tests after.

I doubt he will, IMHO Adelaide are too professional to let him play and if they do the AFL will bring in their own rules for next year at the latest because of it. Most clubs use common sense and have the players welfare at heart, I'm sure Adelaide are no different.

Sloane has been getting beat up for over a month, with a bad concussion it's the perfect time to give him the weekend off.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

Tom Stewart, Scott Selwood and Andrew Mackie back in this week. Few handy inclusions. Stewart was on fire before busting his eye socket. He and Mackie big inclusions into the backline.
