Another display of shit skills, shit decision making, and a shit game plan. Effort was reasonable, Ben Walter on debut acquitted himself well. Sturt too good on the day. That bald headed prick of an umpire is a disgrace.

Couldn't have been too bad, unless Sturt were also quite incompetent. Central finished within 3 kicks of us.

Sturt did what they had to do to keep their noses in front, they didn't overstretch themselves.

In response to your post Rising Blues Butcher was on one leg
all game dont know why he was left on.Secondly we got cheap goals
again when the result was already done. You were to good and your skills made us look like
we were in another league. Our skills are deplorable. We recruited a key forward
and yet we have a game plan that gives him little chance go figure

We got 9 goals closer than I expected.

Why is it that when someone is wearing a Sturt jumper we can kick to them and hit them on the chest (lace out!) and even the odd hand ball as well? Yet when we kick or handpass to Red White & Blue the ball is at their ankles, way over their head or 2 metres to either side! ](*,)

Gotta love the AFL game style 20 minutes into the last quarter 4 goals down and we still chip kick to the side backward and back and forth across the goals.

I can't believe it but the current green boogers make me long for the days of Williams, Argent, Pfeiffer and Abbott et al (anyone who knows me knows I hated those white maggots with a passion.).

Max Cuzzocrea in the late eighties. Abominable umpire, and always seemed to have a shit-eating grin when making a decision.

Sadly I thought he was our only friend out there today. The small one needs to be neutered for the sake of the species.

Just a quick note that the Prospect RSL on Monday, the kitchen will be open. Chicken curry with rice for $5 and $2 Coffees. And I will be selling the lucky squares at half time of the league, all proceeds go to the Prospect RSL.
Cheap beer, cider, wine softdrink and Port of course. See you all there 8)

Best post on the forums today.

Hope it's a big success for the RSL.

Should be a good game with a decent crowd. I reckon Norf have been a bit of a bogey team for the Tiges.
The Cocks must win if they want to keep touch with the 5. The Tigers need to win if they want to cement a spot in the 5.
Bays by 8 points. Josh Scott to be the difference.

I understand what you lads are saying but our team is so poor ATM and many SANFL teams would be doing a number on us. Schmidt withdrew yesterday, Webb and Wilson injured. I suggest there will be a number of changes at seasons end.

I see Port dropped their skipper again.
Feel sorry for West, how many of their own developed players are now playing against them today? Snelling and Bonner?
Throw in the other SANFL players pilfered from other teams, Eddy, Irra, Leinert, Hewett.

It's great for the comp though, it will only encourage traditional fans to go see their teams against pros and lose by over 20 goals.
