I'm pretty certain I'm not smarter than you  but I am smart enough to know that times can be changed from those scheduled if both clubs agree ;)

Anyone from Brahma keen at playing at 12:15?

Alternatively anyone from Modbury keen at playing at 12:15?

Anything happen with this? @jo172?

Nah. All good.

Might struggle this week as we are playing the top side ourselves and I won't be able to sneak off before full time as I have in the past..

I dropped down for a look at Edwardstown on Saturday where they hosted Gepps Cross - it was actually a great game of footy. There was a pretty strong breeze and Gepps Cross kicked with it to begin with and i think they led from then on, Townies leveled up a few times but in the end Gepps Cross won by just under 3 goals. Gepps Cross would have been really happy with the win, every time Towns came at them they scrapped it out and wouldn't let the home side score and used all the time soaking tactics kicking against the breeze in the last 1/4 - smart footy.

Townies seemed to win the bulk of clearances with a couple of major inside ball winners - they had a bald guy who won plenty and the other guy with the heavy shoulder strapping on both sides took advantage of getting first hands but couldn't capitalize

Both sides looked to have plenty of players on the bench too which is positive

I may have heard wrong, but did hear some guys from Towns chatting on the sidelines saying they had a few club greats playing in the game as one-offs and they did chair someone off at the end of the game so may be surrounding this? Not sure if anyone can confirm? could have just been a milestone game perhaps.

I saw some photos on Facebook and not sure running is the right term. Good to see the old fella lacing the boots again but I would have thought he should have started in the D grade

Kenilworth by 1-2 goals. Very cold 2nd half!

Awesome stuff! Great day at Kenilworth yesterday and the A Grade was a good game with Lockleys holding us off and kicking away a little in the end. With a lot coming back over the next few weeks from injury I can see all our grades improving fingers crossed

C6 Ladder
16 - Old Iggies
16 - Elizabeth
14 - PNU
12 - Adel Uni
10 - Adel Lutheran
--------------------------------
08 - Brahma Lodge
06 - Ingle Farm
06 - North Haven
02 - Modbury
00 - Glenunga

* Will the top 5 change by end of the year?
* Brahma Lodge forfeited last round, can they bounce back and press for a finals spot?
* Ingle Farm beat Adel Lutheran at the weekend are they an outside chance?
* Adel Uni dropped their last 2 games - are they dropping off the pace?
* Can Modbury or Glenunga cause an upset in the second half of the year to affect the 5?
* Who will finish top - Old Iggies, Elizabeth or PNU?

Zartan's Predicted C6 Ladder*
32 - PNU
30 - Old Iggies
30 - Elizabeth
22 - Adel Uni
20 - Ingle Farm
---------------------------
18 - Adel Lutheran
14 - Brahma Lodge
10 - North Haven
04 - Modbury
00 - Glenunga

*Some bias towards Ingle Farm during the prediction, with the Farmers to beat Adel Lutheran in Round 18 to take their finals spot.

Besides Eliz as we were unable to get a side together, the best team we have played is PNU by a country mile. Their side was just amazing. Eliz will be strong come finals with their depth on offer.

Going by your predictions Zartan, we just flip the board around for sat week as we have no chance against you? ;)
