Pretty happy with the look of that Crows side; probably the strongest since early in the season. Still not exactly oozing with confidence about the game though; have seen Centrals win against the odds too many times for that.

Crows by 72 points

Barmby and Holman to get reported

What the lowest ever crowd to a SANFL final

With two of the northern suburbs biggest amateur clubs in grand finals on Saturday plus a small Crows crowd could be embarrassing

Unsure of lowest ever finals crowd, but the crowd for the first week of finals in 2013 was 5,866. Can't see it being as low as that.

Why would Centrals have needed a permit for Havelberg to play anyway? He was unfit early, nearly played reserves mid-season but got injured, then played reserves at the end. He was vying for a first-team spot like any other reserves player.

If we win, it will be a miracle. I just don't see how we can get within 10 goals of that side.

The only thing that may keep us in the game is that Younie has been told to go out and win but not at the cost of how Pyke wants the team to play. That quote is thanks to a conversation between a sports journalist and very recent ex AFL player that I heard yesterday.

I actually think Crows will turn out in force. This'd hold the novelty value of a slow-down potentially. I really hope regular SANFL fans get down there and back the Doggies in.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Think you're right TRB. Fair bit of interest across various Crows groups and forums I am apart of and regular social media promotion by the club. There'll be a good turn out imho. Next week is the worry if the Crows do get through, with the home AFL final the night before.

More Crows supporters will turn up as its played at Adelaide Oval.....they don't go anywhere in the suburbs.

Novelty factor of being seen at Adelaide Oval. Also see how "the lovely boys" go and general spud like support.

Must say I watched a few Crows ressies supporters at the South game last week and had a good laugh to myself !!! Quite a different type of supporter !!

Hope the Doggies smash them.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Any chance of a Crows equivalent of the "dead magpie on a stick" from the 1979 finals?

^^^ Hahaha! I was there behind the concourse on the Eastern Wing of Footy Park when the 2 x Cheers Squads met, changing ends, that day!

Would love to see the 'Crow on a Stick' - might be a bit easier than a 'Cow' :)
