Seems like judges will look for any excuse not to send someone to jail though

To some extent they are obliged to do that, due to the nature of legislation that guides them, but I do agree, some decisions make me shake my head.

There is a certain pressure from government too as governments pay Judges.
It costs the government money to keep offenders in gaol.
Out on the loose the cost they generate falls to other people, individuals and businesses, and to insurance companies.

Yeah I read stuff on Murderpedia all the time. Its really interesting.

Sometimes if they put addresses and stuff of the crimes, ill Google Map it to get a better idea of what happened and where.

My missus thinks Im nuts.
