WOS v HV: Saw HV up close last week and was astonished by Lee Duggan in the first half, he threatened to win the game off his own boot at times but luckily we were able to curtail his influence in the second half. Hope Valley are quite a big side and maybe this contributed to their final half fade out but I would expect them to rebound from a home defeat with a good showing against Westies. Westies opened their account against Pooraka after being behind at 3/4 time. I think westies by 35 points.
NH v Townies: Havens were brought back to earth with a thud by Eastern Park who shot into premiership conversations with a 75 point win. Havens will be looking to rebound and fast against Edwardstown who also are coming off a loss (R1). I think Nth Havens forward line and midfield will put up too large of a score for townies to reel in. 40 point win for NH.
Pooraka v Kenilworth: Havent seen either of these teams but Pooraka pushing westies and Kenilworth improving against a good salisbury outift says that this may be the most even contest of the round. I'm favouring Pooraka slightly at home. 13 points.
Salisbury v EP: Probably the match of the round. Salisbury will be looking to continue their winning run after two tight-ish wins in the first two rounds. Eastern Park will take an enormous amount of confidence into this game after their demolition of NH who are still firmly in the conversation for a top 3 finish. I'm expecting this to be close but I think EP will have too much confidence and class and win by 17 points.
