From West Adelaide website:

The West Adelaide Football Club is absolutely delighted to have signed former Brisbane Lions player, Zac O’Brien.

Zac has played 13 AFL games for Brisbane over the last two years. Originally from Wangaratta, Zac is a strong midfielder who can win contested ball as well as possessing a strong running work rate.A versatile player at 183cm, Zac also has strong capabilities as a half forward, half back or wing which brings even more flexibility to our game day options. Zac is known for his strong work ethic and high level of aerobic fitness which adds depth to our existing list of WAFC players who exhibit these traits. We welcome Zac to the West Adelaide Football Club.

Encounter Bay.

Not sure if he played for Glenelg, if this is who you're referring to.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kyle Presbury is one of those who disappears to Essendon as a top-up player.

Head back to where?

I think WADA over rides any contract you have with him.

He's on the list of Essendopers, isn't he?
We'll lose him, but not back to the Bombers.

Apparently he was the only one who openly questioned the program and refused to take part.

Could SA clubs loose quite a few players as top ups to Essendon?
Disappointing for those clubs planning for serious results in 2016, now a bit late for them to find substitutes themselves!
Might be a few to go from Norwood.

Which means he is free to play for Centrals, or Essendon if they choose to select him as a top up, as I'm sure the AFL will allow them to do.

Begs the question as to whether the Power and other AFL clubs will also be able to replace banned players if Essendon are allowed to? Personally I'd like to see them use what they have, upgrade rookies and select top ups from their Reserves.
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Port Adelaide could be looking for 2 top ups,
they would be easy to find in the SANFL.
Let us see what happens.
