The second one you have to back the Adelaide recruiting staff on, they usually can be relied on for solid picks, it's just keeping them here that's the issue.

Re: Crows 2015
Milera in an interesting pick, was it the case of the local lad or the best player on offer? I think it's the local lad, as Betts, Cameron and Menzel are ahead of him and all similar types, 2 of these is enough in a side at most, let alone 3 or 4.

I'm sure the only Laird that the Crows hierarchy would recognise is Rory.

Milera at 77kg will be a year or two away from playing regular AFL football you would think. Adds further pace to the forward line and allows Betts/Cameron/Menzel to push up the ground and add some x factor through the midfield/wing.
Agreed. I’ll back the recruiting staff in, they obviously identified him as a talent. From looking at his highlights he could potentially be an upgrade on Shaw/Otten and play that 3 tall in a couple of years. Tested top 10 in agility and vertical leap at the draft combine as well.

I would've thought they would target a bigger bodied lad.

Re: Crows 2015
I think Milera is in the Wingard mould, and in a few seasons time could well push up into the midfield. Also Betts is no spring chicken..

We have Keenen Ramsey, Harry Dear and Mitch McGovern all over 191cm who we can hopefully develop into key position players over the next years.

Re: Crows 2015
Crows new jumper range for 2016. I liked the blue strip down the sides but the traditional full hoops look great!
Also liking the white clash strip. I've been hoping for this design for years.
Not sure on the yellow one...

The traditional hooped jumper looks good.
Not a fan of the away jumpers, but I'm the worst person to ask because I fundamentally hate the concept and think they're all a waste of fabric.

Re: Crows 2015
I can't even think of a match up when they would wear the yellow one. North, Geelong, Sydney or Collingwood maybe? Most of those can get away with using the home strip with white shorts.
