Could be embarrassing for the coaching staff if they back flip on the promise of re drafting him.....or some other club get in First. But seeing he has accepted the invitation to training that is unlikely.

Being club president is a voluntary role and cannot be considered a career as such. Koch is no different to Brayshaw or Maguire.
