Real estate agents and their bizarre antics.

I work freelance for a few agents - write their ads for them - and the arrangement runs quite smoothly as a rule. Except when they've got too much spare time on their hands, because then they have to invent work to do. I mistakenly typed that a house had a gas cooktop when it had an electric one - instead of just making the appropriate change himself (which would've involved replacing the word 'gas' with the word 'electric'), an agent printed out the ad, circled the offensive mistake, covered the page with handwritten instructions on how to avoid this in future, then SCANNED the thing and sent it back to me.

Works great if you are paid by the hour not by ad

My two are always blaming each other... NGjnr (2) is constantly in the wars, a real typical boy in that if he's not bruised or dirty then he's sick. But he always hurts himself somehow like running into a wall (has happened more times than i can count) and he always comes up crying saying 'little miss (4.5) pushed me...'

Work and office politics.

To be more specific a certain useless prick whos best skill is talking shit who was my direct manager got a promotion. Ok so its a coincidence only that his good mate was the manager above and had final say. Lol, now I know this guy is full of crap, all talk no action but I genuinely keep my mouth shut as it would only hurt me down the track to speak out. What makes me laugh is over hearing a few other staff members saying exactly that as to how full of it he is. All bluster was the term used.

Very funny now a larger portion of people can enjoy his ability to talk. And me well I'll just sit back and watch it all unfold. At the end of the day I'll get my job done and I'll do it as well as I can, but this will be fun to watch.
