Didn't bother him last time he was there, called a goal that was clearly touched 3 metres from the goal line.

Well done Lockleys, you have dished out Smithfield's 1st loss in 2 seasons, now their 1st loss at home in 2 seasons, enjoy the week off but remember, there is still 1 more win to create history for yourselves and the Demons!!

Nice effort by the lads Zarts.
Congrats.
Fair effort by Lockleys in the 1s.
They will be hard to toss from there.

very proud of our lads saturday..was a tight contest for a half but then we managed to break free and get some scoreboard pressure going..smithfield can regroup and get another chance this week versus the speedy hawks..both teams have quality all over the ground and some players capable of tearing games apart..will be quite a game i reckon..

well done to the human torpedo..we rated his team as the best in the reserves during the year and they book their GF appearance now..and old mate zartan continues to get the job done..he has his group flying right now..congratulations..

Congrats Zed on your progression to the GF and getting Lockleys to D5 in your first year at the club.. regardless of what cattle you have at your disposal that's an incredible effort. Have Lockleys playing a very enjoyable brand of football to watch, and with perhaps a couple of quality additions over the summer returning to the Den I think you'll more than hold your own in D5.

Congrats also to human torpedo - first year coaching and taken his side to the GF. They're a good unit, well balanced, sound understanding of how they need to play..

.. but they're beatable 8)

Cant wait for this Saturday, the atmosphere alone between the two games should be incredible - 3x clubs (Smithfield, Ingle Farm, West Croydon) that have a large following of very vocal, enthusiastic and feral supporters

If Zartan and Zedman's teams can pull off GF victories, that'd be ZZ Top.

You blokes are really asking for a Carey baking!

BUT, I am proud of my lads efforts thus far in the finals, and all season in fact.. Will appreciate the week off after a couple of tough finals, but really looking forward to a fortnights time..

Zedman and his lads proved that they were the measuring stick as I thought they were. So well set up defensively and then launch forward from there! Zartan the mastermind, got his lads playing good footy at the right time of the year, clearly just sticking it up those who wrote them off (me)..

The A grade will be a belter on Saturday, will be attacking footy from both sides, West Croydons top end talent is as good as anyones, and Smithfield will be keen to makes amends, they wont be keen to drop 2 games at home in a row.. In the B grade, winning form is good form, and Ingle have that in spades, knocking 2 sides out already, could well make that 3 this weekend, but Smithfield will be firing and raring to go.. but are beatable 8)

Will be great viewing
