Geez my heart aches for the players. What an incredibly gutsy performance just to get out and play. The reaction comes as no surprise, you poor blokes.

Couldnt watch that without a lump in the throat and tearing up, massive respect to the West Coast crowd and the Eagles players.
Can only imagine what the players are feeling if it makes us with no close ties tear up

It made me tear up again. To see that after the game shows how much extra weight they've been carrying. Very proud to be a crows fan.

As soon as the siren sounded it would have hit home the most, to get out there and play would have been so hard and they all did themselves proud, as a supporter I was glued to the TV last night and had zero interest in the final result just wanted to see them all get through it.

Magnificent effort by the Crows last night, thought they were fantastic.

Huge respect to the Eagles players and crowd after the game as well, the crowd over there often get a bad wrap but were great last night

Couple of incidents early on that may get looked at.
Fyfe should be fine, was just a little late on the spoil. Not much in Gibson's bump either

Another free kick to Hawthorn. And why are a top four contender playing in Tassie instead of having a crack at the G. DAysie is right, the league has it in for the Hawks. Poor Hawthorn.

Dont Hawthorn play most of the low drawing sides down in Tassie?

Yep, won't see Ess, Car or Coll play down there - or Kardinia Pk.

I understand all that but this game is a double advantage to Hawthorn. Four points today and a big assist if they play in a final at the G in September. How many games do they play in Tassie every year and when was the last time the Docjers played the Hawks in Melbourne?
