Modra is still to this day, by far a more exciting footballer than any other Crow/Port player ever was.

Agree with this. Andrew McLeod, Darren Jarman and Brett Burton (and potentially Chad Wingard) would be the only other ones in the conversation as to the most exciting players that have played for an SA team. Modra would still have them all easily though. There wouldnt be too many in the history of the game that were more exciting.

Any others that I have missed?

Eddie Betts is as exciting as anyone on his day but still doesnt compare to any mentioned above for consistency.

Easy to think he was screwed over but Blight wouldn't have pushed him out without reason and he had more chances than perhaps even Fev over the years. i dont wish to go into discussing the next coach, tomorrow a new interim coach is announced, probably one of the assistants

however previously having doubts in john worsfold for the carlton job, in the story line of recent events there is almost a calling for worsfold to take the reigns of these boys in their grievings and it would be a beautiful thing for john to drive the bus considering walsh worked with john for so long at west coast, and the further mentoring worsfold provided this year to walsh

rather than going out getting a rookie coach to bare what will be a huge weight on the next (dew), i think worsfold would have the empathy, experience & understanding to know exactly whats needed, and the players would find comfort from the bond walsh & worsfold had

and maybe worsfold will feel a desire to pick up the pieces here for his mate

I think the interim coach needs to come from one of the assistants, John doesnt know the players or game plan etc. As for the 2016 and beyong season i would love Worsfold to coach us. I personally would like and think an experienced coach is where we need to head next year due to the circumstances. Ideally i would love a Worsfold / McKenna combination.

While im not a huge campo fan, i couldnt care less who took over for the rest of the year. Best of luck to him, a very tough task he is taking on. The appointment of woosha in the Directors role is fantastic. Hoping he develops a love for the footy club and the players and looks to take over next year.

Well done to Chapman, Fagan and the Club for how they have handled everything in the last 3-4 days. Crows Administration have copped a lot of flack over the last few years for certain things but the appointment of Fagan gets a bit tick in my book. Those 2 a long with Roo seem to be getting a lot right in the past 12 months!

Fagan is excellant, was gutted when he left the Brumbies as he ran the club like clockwork. Cant praise him enough for the state he left the club in. Great work by Worsfold also, Crows very lucky to get someone of his calibre. I can understand the reasoning behind Camporeale but he is terrible, for the Crows sake I hope he doesnt undo all the hard work
