The lying bastards could tell you in the morning they're having a sandwich for lunch, don't believe them though. 3 hours is a long time to keep a promise, let alone 5 years!

I just thought it was interesting because well I couldn't remember it and even though it will be and epic fail on Labors behalf, I haven't heard much from the opposition about this.
I find that strange. It is almost like a free hit and letting it go through to the keeper.

Finnigan has to keep working (I nearly choked on that word - what a laugh) sorry, getting paid so he can afford the $10,000 per day
Mind you, I don't think he has much else to spend his money on. Most things he'd like are
Don't you love the Labor faction system that gave this person Minister for Industrial Relations, State/Local Government Relations and Gambling

It's all before the courts now, and while no one likes the people who dabble in "that sort of thing" its certainly taken it's sweet time to make it through the courts. All the while this bloke is claiming a wage, and a pension.... Bloody ordinary in my view.

Correct weight. It was interesting how they got the charges downgraded. Rather poor allround.

There are a large number of cases that have their charges downgraded. It's a regularly used gambit to secure a conviction on the lesser charges due to proof. As far as I can see, no conspiracy there.
