Have got a Multi going, a player retired in the tennis(4th set), and the guy I was on went through to the next round, yet the bet says "Void". Is this the norm?

Betting agencies have different rulings for games that are stopped because of injury
It should be listed in their terms and conditions for tennis

Some agencies cancel all bets if the match does not reach completion
Some agencies will pay out on the winner if the match goes longer than one set or whenever

The ruling on the match must be completed could open up agencies to corruption ?
Imagine a match of
Dutchy v Mighty Tiger
Mighty Tiger has backed himself and placed a $1 bet to win on himself

Dutchy is leading
6-0
6-0
5-0
Dutchy is on serve
Mighty Tiger, being a very intelligent person , fakes a pulled hamwattostring , and retires
Dutchy is the winner
Mighty Tiger has his bet refunded !

Have an account with them. Lacklustre customer service and their website cant even get basic data like "Funds available for withdrawal" correct.

They sucked me in with some very generous football world cup offers last year. (which ended up being a pain to 'turnover' as their rules at the time were ridiculous)

Beteasy
My 2nd favorite bookmaker at present
Customer service is excellent
Wide range of products
They have great promotions on a weekly basis
And, Ive not heard of one punter that they have banned or restricted on the size of bets
Other bookies have better site set ups , but this mob makes up for it in other areas

Backed Australia to win Asian cup last night via my sportsbet account. Went to check my winnings and they recorded it as a loss as at the end of 90 minutes the score was level and the winner came in the 91st minute.

Is this common to other sites?

I would think most sites would include the added time as normal time.

Australia won in Extra Time
Most betting agencies wouldnt of paid out as the game was level at end of normal time

Did they have a "Draw" option in that market?

The bet you had was with 3 results
Australia
Draw
South Korea
This bet is for the result after 90 minutes with 3 possible outcomes [no extra time in this bet]

The other betting option is called draw no bet
Australia
South Korea
This bet is the winner of the match, [including extra time if need be to eliminate the draw]

In the 3 bet market Australia was about $2-10 in the betting
I did not see the draw no bet odds, but it would have been approximately $1-50

Hazbeen , your question is raised often , you thought you had a winner , but did not
Its a confusing betting option , I think the onus should be on ALL bookmakers to make it clear on the 3 result bet

Some bookmakers put up the following for the 3 betting option
*** Betting on result after 90 minutes , does not include extra time.***
Other bookies do not
