Crisp will be in their best 10 players by the end of the year

If Crisp is in our best 10 then we must be shit.

Hate to tell you this, but they might be ...

No, no, we know we're going to be shit. But we must be even more shit than we thought.

If we trade in Varcoe, we will plumb to new depths of shitness.

GWS have ruled out trading Boyd to the Bulldogs for Griffen.

So one of two things happen;
1) Boyd will play for the Giants in 2015 then head to Whitten oval in 2016 after his contract expires, and GWS trade picks for Griffen, possibly 4 and 7
2) they change their mind and do the deal that both playes have requested

i dont get the thought of holding players against their will, surely if they've said 'I want to go elsewhere' then their loyalty is not there and they wont perform at 100%.

What i'd love to see is us trade Grif for picks then swap those picks (say 4 and 6) for 1 and get in McCartin, then sign Boyd in 2016 and have 2 of the best young forwards going around and hopefulyl make them count!

RE Cooney and Jones, it would be sad to see Cooney go but he's 29 so no big loss, and Jones, well bugger me he's our Jonny Butcher, main difference being we have no-one that can take his place in our best 22, now THAT is sad!

Now it sounds like Cooney coming to Essendon for a third or fourth round pick.
Our side is starting to resemble the movie Major League with all the old hacks, just waiting for Tom Berenger to take over from Hirdy lol

Apparently the Beams deal is done. Beams to Brisbane, Crisp and a couple of picks to Collingwood.

Don't know who Crisp is but picks 5 & 25 should have been enough...ridiculous overs for Beams

They will trade 25 to North, so essentially it's Pick 5 + Greenwood + Crisp for Beams.
