Haha

It's a better idea than a swooping crow after every goal :)

That crow sound is very annoying. Who's idea was that? Triggys?

Or the cheering crowd played over the loud speakers that the cows management stupidly denied.

Enjoy your time in the Sun Kickinit and I'm cheering for you and I seriously mean that. I will be interested to see how Port go when times are tough. Won't be for a while yet I suspect.....Don't **** up in prelims like we have no matter where you finished in the minors right now you are on par with the powerhouses. No underdogs here its just Men who want their chance @ greatness! Port could make a dynasty this weekend.

It will also interesting when times get tough for the crows in coming years. I wonder if the fans that leave 5mins early when the game is up fr grabs will be around.

Fans might leave 5 minutes early but unlike some Port fans at least they still turn up. Only a couple of seasons ago Port were getting 14000-15000 people to games. Tarps anyone?

The numbers prove it too.... average attendence per home game/home games/ladder position

Adelaide
2014 - 48046 (11) 10th
2013 - 33703 (11) 11th
2012 - 37055 (13) 2nd
2011 - 35020 (11) 14th
2010 - 35764 (11) 11th

Port
2014 - 45029 (12) 5th
2013 - 26915 (13) 7th
2012 - 19911 (11) 14th
2011 - 21676 (11) 16th

Not taking anything away from the supporters I know who have been apart of all of this...It only takes a select group of supporters (who are usually the band waggoners) to ruin it for the rest of them.

Indeed they are. Average crowd has increased by over 50% in two years, ridiculous. Where the f**k have they all come from? (This is not a dig at supporters who are there through thick and thin which I'm sure people on this site are.) My old man has been a Power season ticket holder/member since the clubs inception and has gone to every game he could, he was still going in 2012 when the Power were struggling and it hurt him alot. He is kind of annoyed with all these people have now come out the woodwork now that his team is up and about wondering where they were during the hard times.

Good on people for jumping on board an AFL club. Port are bringing new people to the game. Having 2 healthy teams in this town is great for competition. It should spur us on to get better and not accept finishing outside the 8.
I admire Port from where they have come from, lets not forget we had 8 (SANFL) sides supporters supporting us to start with (50k membership) .... they have had 1 and have now just about taken over us. Not sure on exact numbers crowds/membership etc but put the hatred aside you have to admire them and what they have been able to achieve.
We have become complacent at West lakes

Rowey saying there is a massive story about to play out from West Lakes which is "bigger than Tippett-Gate", although it hasnt been confirmed so he isnt saying what it is.

Danger being traded is something that comes to mind, but thats not a new rumour. Sando being sacked is doing the rounds. Although it is 5AA and Rowey so it could all be bullsh!t

My thoughts are Sando has been sacked. They keep subtly bringing up their performance.

Harsh call. He's not the best but he isnt the worse.

Tippett-gate makes it sound like Trigg has left behind some more money under the table deals. Sando gone would be massive though

Or he's told Dangerfield that he'll be traded because he's not guarenteeing his future and the club won't be ****** over by free agency.

He's gone backwards coaching the side that finished 2nd in his first season. Shows you how important Dean Bailey was to that coaching structure.....
