Good get if you pick him up.
Seriously good player

Hearing Chelsea are now front runners for his signature. Fingers crossed we can still grab him!

Chavs have a lot more money and will probably finish higher but depends if he wants to go and sit on the bench or head to Arsenal and make a real impact

Reckon you are still in it.
Dont get caught up in the British tabloids, they deliberately make up stories. For every article saying you are out of the race there will be another 3 articles saying he has signed for you. Still a few weeks left before sides will complete their squads

Everton made a £19m bid for Lukaku the other day and apparently Juventus has made the same bid. So Lukaku to choose either England or Italy...

I have a feeling this is not the last we will hear about Romelu

It amazes me how clubs get seduced by a player's performances in a World Cup.

Ron Vlaar is a good example. For two season's he's been a decent, sometimes mistake-prone, centre-back playing for struggling Aston Villa and no top club would have given him a cursory glance. Then he turns a couple of solid performances in a star-studded Netherlands team and suddenly several Premier League clubs are clamouring for his signature.

I remember Croatian Davor Suker being all the rage after he won the Golden Boot at the 1998 World Cup. He moved to Arsenal and did very little and then transferred to West Ham and was equally unfruitful.

Yeah hope that's not the case for the bloke obviously .. Just with a few comments coming out of the club I wouldn't doubt if BR had been overruled on this one. Lots of talk now of how good Sturridge could be, Borini for another loan season at Sunderland etc gets me wondering if they really are going hard for another strike option. Of course we're never going to replace someone like Suarez but Sturridge and Lambert up front won't be anywhere near enough.
