Robben goes down like he's been tasered again .. Sneijder's cracking free hits the wood work.

Still 0-0 in 85th minute

Off to penalties we go, the Dutch make a last second sub and bring Krul on for the shootout

Not sure I've ever seen that before in such an important game - change your Keeper just before Penalties

And it works, Krul saves the second shot .. First 3 penalties were pretty light on for power

van Gaal is a GENIUS... inspired substitution.
The best team won IMHO - Holland played the better football

Yep totally agree .. Not happy he's in charge on the Mancs lol, Van Gaal oozes shrewdness and not letting his emotions get in the way

he might have made a great sub but he has a certain player to thank for the team still being there most of all . You know, the player who likes to dive and admitted he did dive for a previous game ?

One diver doesnt make up for a team of blatant cheats. The Argies are well known for being a bunch of dirty, cheating flogs. Hope the Dutch smash the pricks. Likewise hope the Brazilians towell up the Krauts, Muller is a far bigger diver than Robben
Brazil v Netherlands final would be ok by me

You must be German, only German's would want to see them win. Most people cant stand them. I respect how good they are but could never ever go for them

Just spent 3 weeks in Germany visiting family (who are Aussie) but saw all of their games over there, including the Germany US game in berlin where there was like 100k people watching it.

Never really liked them before but I do want them to do well now I guess.

I went to the WC in Germany 2006 as part of a 8 weeks holiday in Europe and loved it aswell but still couldnt bring myself to support them lol
They do love Aussies though and they really are knowledgeable about soccer and appreciate good games. They would be spewing about the Dutch performing well though

All this talk of who v who in the final

I'll go for.......ummmm Brazil v Argentina

And all the woes of FIFA will be forgotten as they are justified in all their decisions.
