Yes.
Would have had to be something reasonably serious to get a boot like that I would have thought.

It's a product of the growing trend of hyphenated-surname-aphobia. Poor Hugh is just one of many victims to suffer discrimination.

I'm with PG, there could some huge upsets tomorrow, like Angle Vale beating Rosewater and Mitchell Park beating Mawson Lakes.

Never say never...
In other news, rumour has it a couple of former players from Central United may be returning.. Massive inclusions if true and will help their push for the 5.
Units to beat West Croydon tomorrow...

Just as well they put the clamps on Lynch and kept him to 12 goals or it could have got ugly.

Same bloke also slagging in the B grade start of the last quarter saying it was a win for 'Roys if we didn't win by 20 and basically we were very average.. 12 goal last quarter to nothing, think he spoke too soon lol
We were very poor in the B grade for half a game and beat them by 20 goals, pity we didn't play 4 good quarters!

Wow! See Rosewater beat Angle Vale in the B grade by 250 points! I thought AV weren't fielding a B grade for the rest of the season?

it would be fair to say that some of AVs players best days were behind them but it was much appreciated they got the team up. A grade prob would have won by that much too if the game wasnt stopped 5 mins into the last when one of our blokes broke his leg

LOL bloke in the B grade didn't rate Lynch, said they (Fitzroy) weren't worried about him and have a plan to deal with him haha!! Didn't work lol..

I respect your opinion however, lets put some things into perspective after a in depth conversation with a Fitzroy die hard I'm told they had 3 A grade players to Tuesday's nights training and had up to 9 first choice players out of the A grade side that played today. I'll be honest I didn't see the game but if this was the case surely you don't take a lot out of the day. You blokes won and won well but look to next week. Surely the Fitzroy people would be absolutely fuming with the out put they are receiving from some mature aged recruits they chased in the pre season. I for one had them penciled in to play finals this year but going on results if they did make it they would be making the numbers up. Ingle Farm, BOS and Rosewater clearly the standouts this year

To be fair I was more highlighting the unusual arrogance that arose from these comments.Slowey wrote:PG

For what it's worth, I thought Fitzroy were good in the first half of the B grade - dominated the midfield and had smart older players up forward.
The A grade jumped out the blocks and led at quarter time but fell away viciously.
Definitely challenges for Ingle Farm to over come in the latter part of the season, consistency is our biggest focus.
I must say though, perhaps Fitzroy would be better served investing their time in the under 18 kids, they had a couple of very good ones today especially one young fella who played B grade for 3/4 and then a full A grade game. African lad I'm guessing? (Apologies if I'm wrong). He was incredibly athletic and strong for his size, tackled well and was fit. He was probably their best player in the B grade.

Re: SAAFL division 6 2014
Also it's disappointing to hear about the drop in commitment from some of Fitzroys players, but that is not Ingle Farm nor any clubs concern, I'm sure every side approaches each game and team as though they are the top side. I know Ingle Farm are already looking to Central United next week which will be an incredibly tough challenge..
My point is, as much as things may be going pear shaped down there, and they are having difficulties, don't except
