It hurts seeing him like this. I love the man more than most (I named my first born Kobe should indicate what I mean) and a part of me wishes he'd hang them up now. The selfish part of me wants him to continue so I can see him play again in March.

Surprised there isn't talk here about it, but we're witnessing one of the greatest regular seasons ever put together in the NBA this season. I know a lot of people might suggest that there have been Lakers, Bulls and Celtics teams that have been better. Maybe, but maybe not. All you can do is win when you go out and as it stands, the San Antonio Spurs currently have the third best winning percentage in a season in history.

Oh, and the Warriors should pretty easily take the Bulls all time record.

Definitely one of the greatest upsets in NBA history. There has never been a more dominant side (thus far) and LA are awful. Interesting that LA then went back to back.

Golden State get their 72nd win of the season by handing the Spurs their first home loss of the season.

Kobe goes out with 60pts including 17 consecutive to get them back in the game and they won by 5 and knocked Utah out of the playoffs.
GSW get the 73rd win easily...Curry with 46 after 3/4's and sat the fourth. 10/19 from 3's.

Amazing effort from GSW.

Haven't followed the league as closely as I would have liked this year, but very happy that Portland made the playoffs. Certainly defied the sceptics after losing most of their starting 5 over the offseason.

Jazz couldn't make the the playoffs after Houston beat the Kings. Think Jazz 'let' Kobe and the Lakers have a bit of fun in his last game.

No question that Utah eased off. Some of the defence on Bryant was comical (when it existed).

As a Jazz fan, I was disgusted with the final quarter.

Who's everyone tipping this year?

Hard to go past GSW, but a healthy Cleveland will be very dangerous and the Spurs are the playoff kings.
