It seems the 36ers new signing is actually going to be Brandon Paul. He's a 6'4" G/F who played a season in the NBA for San Antonio and played last season in Greece.

On February 14th, 2021, Paul signed a contract with the Adelaide 36ers of the National Basketball League (Australia) as a replacement player for Donald Sloan (basketball). Paul will join the team in mid to late March.

They realistically needed to. Adelaide need an elite import to make them a contender. The blokes they have now including Sloane aren’t up to what they require.

The SE Melbourne Phoenix have announced they've signed Boomer Ryan Broekhoff to a 1 year deal. The 6'6" G/F has spent the past two years in the NBA with Dallas & Philadelphia and was waived by the 76ers during training camp.

Broekhoff is expected to make his debut for SEM towards the end of the NBL Cup.

It's official the 36ers have signed new import Brandon Paul who played for Greek powerhouse club Olympiacos in the EuroLeague last season along with that one year in the NBA previously.

He's expected to arrive in late February so presumably Jeremy Kendle will keep playing for us until then.

Spends more time at the hairdressers than training by the looks of things too.
