I wonder if Kareem whispered in LeBron’s ear that he scored his points in an era when the opposition actually played proper defence…

Very true BUT Le Bron has never faked an injury to avoid being fouled out.

Brooklyn have now traded Kevin Durant to Phoenix for four first-round picks and some players.

Also the Lakers traded Russell Westbrook to Utah with a first-rounder in a three team trade in which they got D'Angelo Russell from Minnesota and Mike Conley goes to the Wolves.

Getting rid of Westbrock means they are a 30 point better team.

Russell and Beasley are good ins.

I think it's a pretty smart trade by Pelinka and the Lakers.

Ultimately they still want to get Kyrie in the off-season assuming Dallas don't want to re-sign him to the big money deal he wants so instead of Westbrook the Lakers could now dangle D'Angelo in a sign and trade to Dallas for Kyrie. Mavs wouldn't have wanted to take on Westbrook on a new deal but if they know they're going to lose Kyrie for nothing might be willing to take D'Angelo on a 2/3 yr deal see how that goes with Doncic next season and if no good they can trade him.

In the meantime the Lakers who were going nowhere with Westbrook anyway get D'Angelo maybe see if it works if not hello Kyrie in the off-season.

We aren't great but we're showing signs.

Hopefully we can keep Banchero and then build a side around him.

We've defeated some of the best teams this season - most recently the Nuggets - or at least pushed them till the last minute. How to jump the hurdle of being mediocre to being good/great is the obvious next step. Not that easy!

Boston at Milwaukee this morning.

Much anticipated match between these two. Bucks in super hot form since mid Jan. Boston consistent all year. Probably the two best teams.

This game all set up as a pivotal match between the two heavyweights. Was 21ish all and living up to the hype.

Half Time Boston 75 Bucks 47 WTF A 41/21 second quarter.

And Giannis went down injured with a lower back injury early and was ruled out of the rest of the game. If it's bad could have huge ramifications on the Bucks chances.
