It doesn't look like T. Ferg has much time left in the NBA but still I don't think he would tear up the NBL or anything.
I forgot to mention at the time Ex-Bullet/Taipan Torrey Craig was traded from Milwaukee to Phoenix about a week ago too.

Big loss for them if it happens.
Speaking of big losses, SEM lost 60-80 to Melbourne tonight. Missing Creek big time.

Mitch Creek has been reinstated by the NBL to play for SE Melbourne Phoenix this Thursday.
The decision to allow him to play is not an indication to his guilt or innocence in relation to the criminal investigation being undertaken by Victoria Police, which the NBL and South East Melbourne are treating extremely seriously.
Mitch Creek will relinquish his co-captaincy of the team and will not participate in any community activities with the Club until the matter has been determined by the courts.
The NBL and South East Melbourne will continue to review the matter and will take into consideration any decisions or directions made by the courts.

The Cairns Taipans have signed Hyrum Harris as a temporary injury replacement due to the absences of Majok Deng & Kouat Noi. The 6'6" Kiwi forward was a development player with the Illawarra Hawks last season and played for the NZ national team last year.
https://nbl.com.au/news/taipans-add-hyr ... eplacementAlso the NBL have fined Sydney Kings coach Adam Forde for his criticism of the refs after the Kings loss in Perth Thursday night.
https://nbl.com.au/news/statement-on-adam-fordeTonight Josh Giddey will make his return for the 36ers in their game against the Hawks however Tony Crocker will miss the game due to a hip injury. The Hawks also have injury concerns with Tyler Harvey due to miss along with Cameron Bairstow but in some good news for them Daniel Grida will make his season debut since tearing his ACL in the off-season.
