The Chase Koepka Hole in One on the Party Hole was epic. The noise just went throughout the course. That vision will be shown all around the world for a long time. Was an amazing four days!

Was in there for the hole in one, atmosphere was amazing.

Whole setup of the event was brilliant, course looked incredible and shows SA can put on events when we want to.

Only way LIV survives is if they go to high level golf starved countries like aus, Japan, south Korea to get that atmosphere. Playing in the US in front of 20 people won't get them anywhere.

South Africa and New Zealand must also be on the radar.
Have a Southern hemisphere/Asian loop

I watched 1st 3 groups and then fried myself out by the 18th green

Wow didn't see that one coming, PGA tour sells out to the Saudis. Who knows what this means for our little event.

Yeh, massive news. Imagine Tiger and Rory be a bit miffed having given up nearly billion dollars  What will come of our LIV event in the future?

I don't think Tiger or Rory are too worried.

Premier on AA suggesting the contract is in place and will remain so. Adelaide was / is to date the best LIV event to take place, they are not letting us go in a hurry.

Contracts don't mean squat, with the amount of money being thrown around they could buy it out pretty easy.

I suspect all the best players go back to the PGA Tour, Ryder cup gets the full field they want, LIV becomes a C tour behind the DP and we'll end up with a 1/4 of the field we got this year and the event gets a 1/4 of the crowd. The AUS open might get a better field, especially with the PGA tour changing to Jan -> Oct schedule next year.

There won't be true "unification", you'd think LIV will still hold it's "Golf but loud" events and the players who earnt the big dollars signing on would honor those events.

I actually think the field will get better, the event drew nothing but praise from the LIV players and let's not discount how much the WAGS enjoyed it, you know you listen to the Mrs when she says she wants to go back.
