Gone from 18.1 into 17.4 after a handy 35pts and adjusted 91 shots at the majestic Mt Osmond

Some of the greens up there were slightly chopped up with pitch marks from all those with high ball flight....which certainly isnt me...i wish i could get it up

Got my handicap ready for the monthly medal this weekend. My GA handicap is 18.6 and my course handicap is 21 off the whites and 22 off the Blues...

3 cards? Going to yo-yo until you get the full compliment of cards available.

Yep 3 cards.... I understand how the GA handicap is different from the course handicap, but the 3 cards at the esame course average out to the 18.6 so it would make sense that my GA would be 16 or so and the cours would be 18.6....

Oh well will hopefully use it to my advantage tomorrow... :)

Good luck!!!

Monthly medal tomorrow. Will be very interesting to see how we go.
Hoping to continue my reasonable run of form. Anywhere under 90 will do me just fine.

Looking forward to finishing off the road trips on the club advantage card....

Especially heading to TTG as a client has jagged 2 hole in ones on the 3rd.....so I wanna know what all the fuss is about.

The last time I Played at the Gully was when I was 18... 25 years ago, I can't believe it's been so long... The e3rd used to be a great par 5, now it's the par 3...

Stupid neighbours. :)

Good luck tomorrow :)

Spat the dummy on a hole.
But i wasnt going to be doing anything on the leaderboards.
Plus missed some basic putts.
Greens were so slow.....
Grrrr used to them being like a mini putt putt surface

Must have been the day for it... Played like a busted arse... Was 10 over par after 13 holes, going along nicely....

14th tee almost missed the ball went 20metres left next to a pine tree... Had to play a left handed chip to get it out hit the next out if bounds ended up with a 9, the wheels fell off then so from 14-18 went quintuple bogey, double, par, quadruple, triple...

I nearly threw my clubs in the damn in the last.....

How good golf... :)

Ok short review of Sea Pines. Overcast day it was still when I hit off but gradually the breeze got up. Last hole playing into the wind meant an extra club. Overall a decent track with some challenging holes. I was not off the championship tees but was still long enough. Thought the greens were a little slow by Thai standards. Front 9 was crap for me 49. Blame it on the Changs! Bit better on the back 45. Had a few birdie putts, none dropped. Too many double bogies to count! Hit it reasonably well off the tee, but the irons were horrible, really horrible. Wasn't a cheap day, but what the F. Yes Patawolonga Pirate was correct, I drowned 3 balls for the day + 3cans!
