Well, both my legs are the same length which made navigating my way around the goat track quite difficult...

It is a nice course, I've played it twice, once I drank too much and the second I played terribly. Just had an absolute rank day. I was held up by my playing partner in the morning so I got there all flustered, had no warm up at all, duffed my first tee shot barely past the ladies tee, duffed the next one, went OOB with the next and had a rotten front 9. Was dirty and ready to finish by the 11th.

Hopefully I'm in better shape come next Friday morning and I play better.

I thought that course is actually pretty well laid out for the location.

At least compared to mount lofty, and especially highercombe

Its a better track than both Lofty & Highercombe. I have only played there once as well.... Probably had an ordinary day, as I have never been back. Great views of the city, but for the $$$, not worth it in my book. Of course if its a free round, then go have a hit for sure.

I'm not a huge fan either from my 1 visit. Sloping fairways not good for my already permanent fade....

played early spring which made the ball get very dirty and difficult to find on the fairway and the greens had just been cored (Pro Shop did give us a discount) Wouldn't like to play there on a weekly basis in the depths of Winter.

Just as well as when I was evaluating which club to join it was down to West Lakes (was still Riverside when I joined) and Mt Osmond as they were similar distances from my house but just before driving out to each one West Lakes had a promotion of no joining fee and that got them over the line....

One spot gone, 2 to go and I've got feelers out everywhere so be quick!

No cost to anyone, I've been given a team of 4 at a corporate day and my industry has our annual day on next Friday so customers are pretty much tied up.

Get into it lads!
