That’s when you get in first and tell them what they had. “Seven for you mate”, “no, had six”, re count with him, driver, 2, 3, two in bunker, two putts, yep 7. Much easier than them saying six and you having to challenge them. They will soon get the message you are on to them

Been in a new office for about 6 weeks, my screens were a bit too big for how the desk was so I made do with what I had.

I started getting a sore upper back/neck a few weeks ago, I put it down to being under a bit of extra stress working some longer hours.

Last week the pain was getting extreme and was making my arm all weird too so I seen a physio, looks like being somewhat twisted while seated while working has caused a pinched nerve.

The pain in my back and neck is intense along with my arm that just continually throbs, who would've thunk?

twice a day my co-worker stands up and scratches his back under his shirt with his metal ruler for a solid 2 minutes straight. I am at breaking point.

Put a dob of superglue on the end of the ruler. Hilarity!

I'd eyeball him back, make sure he's looking at you, then wink.

People who cannot comprehend when you say, on Friday at 5pm that it will take 14 days to get something for them, and then ask 9am on Monday morning where it is.

I told another bloke last Thursday that he wont get what he wants until 24th November.
He just sent me an e-mail asking where it is.

Shall I send him this?

Booking an uber the night before a flight and it not rocking up. We ended up ordering a random uber from the other side of town, we got to the airport about 30 seconds after baggage check in closed off but luckily we had 3 staff who got the bags on board for us and we walked straight through the gate onto the plane.
Lesson learnt.

Oh, Uber gave me $10 credit for the inconvenience, that would have been of great help if we missed the ******* plane.

I have had 3 no shows from Uber (not for flights).

According to one driver if an OLA job comes up they will ditch the Uber job as they make more money from OLA.

And still charge you a $10 cancelation fee.

The pricks charged me $67 last Saturday night for a trip I didn't make. They then had the audacity to apologize to me for allowing someone else to take my booking, I didn't book the f****** trip.

I only use OLA now.
Every week they send an email for between 10 and 20% off all rides

Yeah, you get the odd hiccup from time to time but generally decent service and far cheaper than a taxi.
