That is her concern, she has never missed a payment and never broken anything but is worried if she challenges the bill she might have to move.

I always thought they could but they will need to give 90 days notice.

I have no idea.

Sort of. The landlord can terminate at the end of a fixed-term lease (i.e. the lease specifies a specific length of time, such as twelve months) without specifying grounds of termination by giving at least 28 days’ notice.

Ludicrous, in a 110km zone, try pulling up a triple doing 105 there.

More frustrated realising I'm getting old.

Did 'a calf' injury four weeks ago and for the last week felt absolutely no pain whatsoever so decided I would train last night with the aim of playing tomorrow.

Got through training no problems at a pretty good speed and almost 100% effort. After training it gradually got tight again despite stretching and warming down.

Have woken up today and I can just feel the tiniest of 'knots' 'pains' in there. Have been named in the team for tomorrow which im excited for as we are undefeated in all grades and have a hard team to crack.

Now im not sure if ill be right by tomorrow or I ring the coach now and tell him im no good.

Never had soft tissue muscle injuries in my life before but this bloody annoying.

Old Man's injury, trust me I know.

Go see a podiatrist. I had calf issues years ago, got me some orthotics, and never torn a calf since.

That may be due to the decreased velocity of your “running”..... ;)
