Implement a tolerance tax, we have one here.

If you're difficult to tolerate, you get taxed. If you're not, you don't. :D

If nothing else the additional margin you get from the pain in the arse customers will make your afternoon feel a little better. If they discover that tax has been implemented and move somewhere else ALL your afternoons are going to be a little better.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

This is a supplier issue, not a customer one.

The worst thing is we have other suppliers that do the same product, but this rep does useless shit, like trying to change suppliers for minimal savings, instead of generating more sales himself.

The agonising wait for when your house goes on the market, it went on the net on Friday, I had an open on Sunday and I was deflated after there were no offers.

I did spend all of last week doing finishing touches despite being as crook AF with the flu so it probably got the better of me.

I do tend to lack patience too which wouldn't help.

An agent who sold a property for me at the start of the year did mention it is very quiet. The weather seems to have had an impact along with the economy.

Good luck LM

Cheers mate, it's slowly picking up but unfortunately the style of my house doesn't suit the races that are buying in the area. I'm not asking the world for it so I'm a little confident it might sell relatively quickly.

And a lot of it has to do with timing, not so much from your end, but the buyers side.
We sold a unit, in the same complex a unit went on the market roughly $20k lower than ours just as we had received an offer from the eventual buyers.
Another similar property was going for $30k under.

Good luck with it. Luckily for us, our agent is quite good and told us about the genuine interest from the nosey parkers

Exactly, it is what it is and I know that I made an impulsive buy when I purchased it. I've done it up a bit but I just wanna sell it and move on to my next set of mistakes in life.

It's only money at the end of the day, I'll take happiness any day.

The main problem is that I bought a house in the wrong area thinking it was close to family and life would be great, it became a pain in the arse to get to anywhere unless I drove, I don't spend near as much time with my family as it was touted to be when I purchased it.
My circumstances have changed over the past 6 months and I'm looking forward to a fresh start, I'm just impatient and trying to have it sold or under contract at least before the missus' lease runs out on her place.

It seems like the Hughes family is looking for someone to blame. Everything reported is insinuating they've been disputing a lot of the testimony given by everyone, including Hugheses teammates.

I think it's crap, it's ripping off a scab that's somewhat healed just to see how much it bleeds.

It was a freak accident.

Whats the actual point of the inquest? What is the end goal?

Will someone be held accountable?

Will rules be changed?

Maybe after they heard that bowler(s) allegedly said to Hughes "I am going to kill you" and they actually did, you might want to ask questions.

Saying you're going to "kill" or "murder" someone on the sporting field happens all the time. The one time someone dies in a freak accident, it's taken literally?

If it was a serious accusation, shouldn't it be a manslaughter trial?

It's an enquiry into a workplace death effectively. I would not read too much into it.

Yeah I know that. What I don't know is what the aim is? What outcome are they looking to achieve?

In a workplace accident, they change procedures, amp up safety measures, etc.

In cricket, unless they ban the bouncer and make better helmets, not much can be done about this sort of accident.

I wouldn't have thought you'd need witness testimony and tons of money spent to decide what to do.
