Devon and Lobster on crumpets
Nah, roast beef (Sundays), cheese, tomato, and onion toasties with cracked pepper and mixed 'erbs...

I have the same thing every week from Monday to Wednesday, some weeks I’ll replace the prawns with chicken or salmon.

Todays wrap is ham, gherkins, wicked onions, tomato, coleslaw mix, whole egg mayo ( only type ) and lots of cracked black pepper.

In the warmer months I'll bring in a full Wog Boy lunch, crackers with salami, ham, olives, pickled onions, pickles, cheese of two or three types, cherry tomatoes etc.

Today - 2 x toasted wraps
most other days - leftovers from dinner the night before (always allow for this when cooking most nights)
