did the Gold Coast, probably 9 years ago now

Did all the theme parks, but dreamworld, booked our tickets through the RAA which at the time were quite a saving.

try and go off-peak, away from school holidays or it will be a nightmare just lining up

I loved Wet n Wild, definitely my fav.

Was up there in January and we really didn't spend long lining up at all for the rides.

Did you try the mach 5 speed slide at Wet "n" Wild?

I learnt to steer clear of school holidays now.

Really? We ended up getting fast track passes as the lines were massive last week.

My hands were tied, I'll go again when my long service is due.

I liked Movie World

We didn't get fast track passes. The longest line was when we were at Movieworld was for Wet 'n Wild Falls. Other than that they all moved pretty quickly. Mind you the day we went there it was pretty bloody hot n humid

Went there with the missus September 2013 and before that 2005 and 2001 with my family. Favourite ride- the Buzzsaw at Dreamworld is insane, The Claw and Tower of Terror are also very good.

Arkham Asylum (Formally Lethal Weapon), Superman Escape, The Green Lantern, Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster are all massive highlights for me from Movieworld. Wild West which has now been there for 14 years goes alright too.

The Asylum looked too freaky for my liking. I liked the Wild West the most.

Did you try the Storm Coaster or Jet Rescue at Seaworld?

The Storm Coaster was being built when I was last there unfortunately. Went on Jet Rescue, pretty good for a more tame ride.

Did you go on the Superman escape LM?

I didn't got to Movie World when I went up for work a couple of years ago - but back in 2001 when I went with the family, my brother was 13 and thought he was a hero by going on the Lethal Weapon as it was then known. As soon as it started moving, he screamed like someone has stabbed him - they had to stop the ride to take him off.

I like Wild West - and the Scooby Doo adventure coaster

I'm a fan of the Cyclone at Dreamworld personally.

The Jet Rescue was pretty quick, didn't get thrown around much though.

Na, my 9 year old son was like a centimetre too short for it and spat it when he was denied a ride, he booted the height stand and then went and kicked another sign, I didn't think that it would've been fair for me to then go on it.

it you are trying to make a choice between dreamworld/white water world and movie world/sea world/wet n wild i would go dreamworld etc.

having said that, i think movie world might be the best partk overall.

Well I took my 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son, our package only included Wet "n" Wild, Seaworld and Movieworld, I think Dreamworld would be more attractive to the post teen generation.
We found Movieworld the best one out of the 3, but my kids would rather "do" than "watch" so walking around looking at fish and stuff wasn't that appealing to them. Each to their own.
Movieworld was unpredictable, you'd be walking through the streets and then Catwoman would break out into a fight scene against the Cops, it was very interactive.
Mmmm Catwoman.
