The Venue was awesome .. How good was the live music back in the day before the Pokies fugged everything up!!!

The Venue use to be an ice skating rink back in the 70's. It closed sometime in the 80's.
Saw some great gigs there in the early 90s. Painters and Dockers, Died Pretty, Kim Salmon and the Surrealists, Mark of Cain, Celibate Rifles, Hard Ons....
It use to be one of Adelaide's top venues back then.
