yeah corn chips

Put the salads in layers, diced
From the bottom up i normally go
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Red Onion
Coleslaw dressing
Grated Carrot
Grated Cheese

Bag of CC's crunched up over the top.
Only put the CC's on just before serving to prevent going soggy.
Use glass bowl if youre into presentation.
Be sure to buy another bag of CC's to add to the left overs the next day

I'll be giving it a crack, I often use crushed CC's for my chicken schnitties, simply superb.
