Waking up on a Monday stress free, meant to be taking a mates boat out but the weather will determine that.
After letting myself go over the past couple of months I went and loaded up at the fruit and veg shop yesterday, been for a run this morning and will use this week to start being a healthier me.
I should imagine I'll only get this week off, I don't really want to stretch it out any longer.

Cheers, yep, just had lunch with one of my daughters, will either catch up for a lunch or round of golf each day with the other 3 or take off to Tickera for a couple of days.

Had surgery yesterday on the left mince pie.
My word the difference in vision is amazing. The brightness and clarity. I’ve been viewing everything in Sepia for the past 30 years! Hardly surprising I guess.
Right one tomorrow.
Will have a bright new outlook on life by Friday.
