Come at me.

Grandkids or friends of grandkids. It’s nice when they invite the oldies along

Kids are now old enough to go down to the jetty and fish by themselves, 2 hours of peace and I get to sit on the balcony and drink, that was good enough, but to make it great they came back with 2 nice squid, cooked up last night....beautiful :)

My effort today.

Man flu '18 has filled me with the death and any mortal would be in bed or on the lounge with a tissue*. Not me. Battling through like a real man.

*I went home early and did that yesterday.

I had three days off at the end of May. Still don't feel 100%. It's a bastard this year.

Haven't been sick since I stopped working in an office in 2016 and never had any time off sick since then too. Also lost 12kgs in that time.
Best thing for health is getting the hell out of an office! I rate doing that!

About the same amount of weight melted off me after I stopped working in the defence precinct up north. Being surrounded by public servants is unhealthy, I tells ya!

Even worse when they leave the public service. Bang on about how they used to work for the gubbinment, work? Wouldn't know what work was even if they filled out a form 3567C/2a and got it signed off by their department head.

*cough* *cough*

Can you answer my phone at 6am when a contractor decides inclement weather has cancelled today's work? How about an emotional Principal or Kindy director because the sky apparently fell in at 6pm on a weeknight or heaven forbid a Sunday morning.

I'll be on the golf course

What’s people’s thoughts on walking into a quality Chinese Restaurant at 5:56, order at 6:02 and meals on the table 6:09?

Organised or just reheated?

Done. In turn for 6 months of the year during day light savings you can answer mine until 8:30 pm when the Perth contractors are on their way home for the day and do their programming for the next week or two? Or, when Auckland rings at 7am their time to let you know a container has been despatched?
