Moderator Changes

Just letting everyone know that I thought the main forum page looked too busy with a dozen names for each forum so I've specialised all the forums to 2, 3 or 4 mods with everyone remaining a mod on the 2 main boards in SANFL and here as they're more prone to trolling, fairly similar to bigfooty.
I think it looks better and have consulted a few mods before going ahead with it.

I tried to allocate the various forums based on the interest of the mods involved but this wasn't always possible for the less popular boards, more changes may occur yet but I think it looks better and should serve us well.
