I really lack the motivation at that time of day, especially on a Monday.
It certainly does once you start seeing results. I've now lost 23kgs I still go every morning (although I didn't today as I'm sore from footy Saturday) I'm now no longer looking at losing weight so to speak just maintaining a fitness level and gaining some strength.
But as I said once you start seeing results it really drove me to keep going. A bloke I've known for 3 years at golf didn't believe it was me on Saturday!
Plus I find it a lot easier at that time of the morning than the afternoon.

Yep i go at 4 30am, have lost 20kgs. Ive platued a bit with the weight loss, starting to think im doing too many weights. I go 5-6 times a week, 30 mins on the cross trainer with interval training and then usually 4 or 5 weights exercises focusing on one part of the body for about 25=30mins
Any advice??

All this talk of running marathons and hitting the gym at 4am is quite clearly quite disturbing to the man who devours lager at a rate to suggest its going out of fashion
No need for all that health talk to make us feel bad!

I just picked up a gig working there next Tuesday night for the I Love the 90s concert there.
So much for my retirement, will be working next Tues, Thurs and Fri at a concert, a soccer game and a footy game!

"AA Runners" - That's the bar I go to, we're all running from Alcoholics Anonymous.
