Is it 4.30pm yet?

Interview done with, was quite overwhelming as expected, tense times ahead.

Well it's been two weeks now, almost to the minute, haven't heard a thing, neither has another bloke that went for it.
Admittedly, I was away all last week and the GM was away from last Wednesday and returned Tuesday.
I don't know whether I should confront them about it or concede defeat and tell them that I want a backward move and seek a position on the factory floor in order to take a different path to a managerial role.
It was probably one of my biggest mistakes in life when I left the floor to pursue an office job, a lot of blokes are on over $160K with the overtime on offer continually, I'd have to get used of rotating shifts though.

Heading straight to the Hilton for a few beers before going into town for a feed at BBQ City followed by a big night no doubt.
