Yeah mate, my six year old daughter does.

My 12 year old does too

What 1s are they collecting? Have a fair few doubles etc of the common cards that need a new home.

Or if they have been lucky enough to score some of the inserts and have kept them in fantastic condition, they could be finding themselves with some extra pocket money

Potentially looking at building a house. When given a quote about what the house and land package will cost, say for example they said 500k, how reasonable would it be to expect it at cost that once the build was complete? What things would we have to look out for that would blow that cost out?

Footings and then when you go to do the selections... dont scrimp on the power points though

ABout the only thing I was lucky with in terms of my build was the footings... I was able to show the builder soil reports so they did the estimate based on this.I think i even received a credit for them in the end. THe estimator at this builder was very good at his job.

About the only person there that was

I spent about an extra $6k at selections on things like nicer doors, meranti skirts, extra powerpoints and fancier cornices, amongst other things.

...outdoor plants also

concrete or paving around the house is another massive cost too
