That in my home town of Pt Lincoln a man has driven off the wharf with 2 young kids. Bodies retrieved. I feel sick waiting to hear if I know who it is.

Hearing that news, seriously, makes me want to cry for those kids and the loved ones left behind. Bloody horrific.

A former team mates son, 4, passing away over night. Not unexpected, he had been ill, but harrowing nonetheless. RIP little man.

Sorry to hear Boon. Even when it's expected, it doesn't make it any easier. Especially when it involves kids.

My families butcher shop, an institution in my town for 75 years closes next week.
