Yes thats the decision that needs to be made I guess, which is the less of two evils... rent or mortgage

Stop all that or at least limit it and you’ll have a deposit on a house.

We have 11 Uni kids at my work, out of those 11 there has been 7 that have gone overseas in the past 4 months. One has been overseas 3 times in 13 months

We pay $500pw for a nice 3 bed room house in a quiet leafy suburb near the Torrens 10 mins from town. Mind you it was $400pw when we moved in 8 years ago.
