So in December I realised my system wasn't generating any power to the home, I had 5% in my battery (held for a power outage) so released that back to the house and that worked OK so confirmed that the battery wasn't the issue. I followed all the instructions to reset the inverter etc and nothing worked so sent off a query to the inverter manufacturer, they came back and confirmed the inverter was rooted and needed replacing (under warranty)...contacted my installer and they arranged the order and installation which all went well and Im back online.
Of course it meant we were reliant on the grid for 6 weeks, during a hot sunny January where we couldn't take advantage of great conditions for solar generation/use. Got the January bill $710

- it would usually be $200 max.
At least it confirms the decision to invest in this system was most definitely worth it
