"Salisbury Town Centre" is the funniest sitcom that's never been made.
Except maybe "Elizabeth City Centre Food Court"...
Don't forget the spin-off, Smithfield Train Station...
Now there are a few places I have never been...
(Though I stayed for 2 weeks with some friends who lived at Davoren Pk once.)

For real? I haven't been there since I was a teenager trying to pick up girls. I always found it better than Salisbury Swimming Centre though.

Yeah i think our cliental is slightly better than the Salisbury Pool, but since the renovations we have our fair share of ferals.

The real annoying ones as well like the feral 25-30 year old blokes who think there 15 and break every rule possible and are a general nuesence.

I can't stand wannabe rebels, especially ones that should know better. But then again, a lot of things people do irritate me.

My friends' security set up at the house was impressive.
But I did find my walk down to the local bottle shop one evening a bit - shall we say "alerting"...

The bottle shop was interesting too.
The staff were obliging when I told them I was looking for a couple of bottles of decent wine.
They let me go into their store room and look about while they served the drive through customers their various tinned spirit mixes.

Watching the ALP immigration spokesman on TV subtly misquoting what Julie Bishop said earlier today, trying to create some traction - doesn't he realise some of us heard the original carefully phrased statement that didn't say what he now says it did?

How stupid do they think the punters are?

I dont like how people generalise about certain areas. There definately are unsavoury people in those areas, but they're in every other suburb too.

Like I tell some stuck up old bitch at work...just because you dont have money, doesnt mean you're not a good person.

She seems to think Im wrong on that point.

Sure, even the good people are a bit rough around the edges, but Id still rather their company that some pompus arseholes.

PS. Just got back from a delightful dinner at the Midway Hotel.

I used to love the Midway, they did a kick arse rump steak back in the day.

You're right about not needing to have money to be a good person, just the same as having money doesn't buy class or good taste.

Even places like Norwood and Kensington have some really weird units around...

At the VFL with my lad Xavier yesterday and he lets one rip. Then announces to the people in the grand stand. If you smell something funky I farted. I burst out laughing and the old gentlemen behind us said to me you are raising him right. 1. He is honest, 2. He lets you know. 3. Thank god he admitted that I thought I s**t my pants.

I try to be aware, no matter where I am. But there are some places you have to be extra careful.
