X 2.

Also do a good chicken Laksa.

Had that for dinner last night, the missus nails it big time.

If we don't have the kids we chuck in more chilli, get some seafood marinara mix, extra prawns & calamari, a nice cut of steak and some pork scotch fillets to pimp it up.............................tastes even better the next day.

Bloody love a good potato bake. Plenty of onion, bacon, french onion soup, cream and cheese and you're set.

Curries in general, but particularly Thai green curry

I have this curry cookbook which is over 300 pages of different curries from around the world

need set yourself up with all the spices, which means a trip to the asian grocer. but once you do they last for years. get some really good basmati rice while you are there, 100% worth the extra cost over the stuff you get from the supermarket.

Also planted a kaffir lime tree in a pot in the backyard too

I've never cooked in my life beyond helping set up the odd BBQ and turning the odd chop at a mates place., My habit has been, if I run short of volunteers to cook for me, is to resort to something I can microwave, or go out to eat or pick up take away...

However, in the new house, and with my new lady whom I will be marrying next year, I think there will be more home antertaining, so I'm beginning to look at BBQ gear.

Never cooked in your life and run short of volunteers to cook for you? Hell, that's embarrassing, have you had a personal butler your whole life by any chance?
