I've never been to Arndale but I rode past it on my bike once and wasn't tempted.
I went to Elizabeth City Centre once when I was 15, because my parents always warned me about Elizabeth ('don't go there, you'll get bashed by gang members!'), so I figured that everyone was a pov derro up there, and perhaps clothing prices and such would be cheaper accordingly. It wasn't the case.
