Try tinypic.com

You can also do a search on safooty.net for "avatar" - select the Help/Announcements section to search in.

Should be some instructions/discussion in there.

Amen. Just like with motor sports, I only care when there are crashes.

Some chick on Facebook just posted she got a fine for "Eating and Driving". Safe to assume she didn't make it up

One comment said $180 and a demerit point.

Does anyone have any details of specifics to this law I knew nothing of.?
Does it matter what you are eating?
Does it matter how your eating?
Can you have a bite if you stop at lights?

The whole situation is quite vexing :o

That's like the guy in QLD who got fined for leaving his car window down.

When driving you aren't supposed to be doing anything but driving. I don't think its that hard to understand why you would get a fine for eating while driving.

Probably something to do with inattentive driving yet I am sure you are allowed to play with your gps unit. Biggest load of shit they are be able to used when driving.

Pretty sure if they see you touch your GPS when the cars moving they slap you with a fine too.

Has anyone seen the ad for the Holden Trax? They show all the fancy apps and stuff, then make sure they show the car pulling over before the driver touches the interface.

it's considered to be the same as using a phone etc., while you are taking a bite you're not focused on driving, I don't have a problem with that one, I've nearly been hit on my motorbike while someone thought their stomach and burger was more important than where they were driving

........................................as for the window down in QLD, and the rest of the country reckon we are the over policed nanny state ffs

Yeah it is bad. But i dont really see police on Pt Wakefield road too often, unless they're already attending to a crash. I'm sure if they saw someone doing it though, they would pull them over. Same as phones. I see heaps of people still using their phones while driving. Doesn't mean the cops aren't trying to stop them. It just means people are dumb ****.

I travel between the Northern Expressway and Salisbury Highway on Pt Wakefield Rd at least twice a day and I'd say 50% of the drivers on that road are ****** in the head.
