Already a grass fire in Gulnare. The main street CFS alarm going off in Spalding, sounding like a war zone. :(

The farm fire truck is parked by the house ready to go, only a matter of time.

Indeed.

The last thing we need on such an unpredictable day is the spectre of arsonists. Let’s hope it doesn't happen.

Yep sadly.

I think your only an hour away from us, if anything goes wrong and you need any help of any sort reach out through here.

Lots of little spot fires, at one stage there were fires at Jamestown, Gulnare and Hilltown pretty much surrounding us. Luckily they all looked contained.

There goes that theory. At 10mls already in metro and the system is choc full of rain backing up past Ceduna. It’s the typical stock standard system that originates from the North Western WA tropics once or twice every summer and dumps a shit tonne of rain.

The Northwest cloud band will join a cutoff low tomorrow that will stall over EP further enhancing rainfall.

Nearly 20mm now at mine.

Some parts of Yorkes and Eyre tomorrow expecting 4-5 inches on top of today. Massive falls this time of the year over the last 2-3 weeks. Bloody interesting hearing the weather experts as some have admitted now they dead set have got no idea what is going on considering we should be in a drought especially on the East Coast.

Ive been expecting chaos, but apparently there's been 24mm at Hope Valley but it doesn't feel like we've had much rain at all.

It feels like it's been drizzling all day
