RAY Puantulular has just finished telling me that there is no violence at his house when a woman runs past his front door brandishing scissors and yelling "he stole my gunja".

She holds a bowl filled with chopped marijuana close to her chest, a deal bag in her hand.

"This is my gunja! Mine! My gunja," she yells repeatedly. Everyone ignores her until she stops shouting.

......

After years of long-grassing, she loves living at Kurringal Flats.

But she does not like the pressure from family members who want to stay.

"I tell them to f*** off. I don't want any arguing or fighting at my place," she said.

Classic, playing cricket on the oval that runs at the back of those flats was always good for a few laughs in the 1980s!

Mind you the concrete pitch had a hollow in it on on a good length, never quite sure if your head or toes were going to cop it though when batting which wasn't funny!!!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Based on that we are no doubt her best clients.

We have never misses a payment, anything we so or add to the house we have always got approval, never failed an inspection, having a couple of kids though the walls are slightly dirty but we understand we may need to repaint a wall here or there.

We are looking at exiting our lease in July when our house is finished bein built.

Ill take photos of the house we rent and see how Marley-Duncan treat us.

That is gold Jerry.

Having had a rental property, I would of happily had her handle it. Our first property manager was useless, and we ended up loosing a couple of weeks rent and had damage to the house. The second one was a lot better, and in fact unbeknown to them, the new tenants ended up buying the property from us.

This is going to backfire on Hayley I feel. Many good potential tenants will be steering well clear of renting any property from her. Harassing people, whether you are right or wrong, isn't good for business. I understand the system favours tenants more, but you still have to work within the law.

I see a future reality show here. When is part 3?

P.s. I see hometruth.org has been taken down.

about bloody time someone did this, tenants have too many rights these days. Why should they not pay rent? why should they damage someone else's property?

Well they shouldn't. Property managers have to obey the rules also.
